The Go Places ‘price match promise’ means that we will match the price of an advertised item that is identical is size, colour, and type with an identical guarantee.
The price of item must include VAT and delivery charges – we do get some price match requests that do not take into consideration that our next working day delivery charges are free.
The item must be in new and perfect condition, in stock at the retailer, available to purchase and must be of the current range - not an item from a previous collection/year.
The advertised price must be on a UK website with stock from UK sources.

We offer secure payments through the Shopify Payment Gateway, PayPal and Amazon Payments. These gateways use the latest in security standards for online payments and provide secure and SSL encrypted transactions.
When you place an order you will be sent an order confirmation email (providing you entered the correct email address!) within minutes. If you do not receive this email then firstly check your Junk Mail / Spam email folder and if you still can’t find it then please contact us to make sure we have your correct email address details.
We do get asked by returning customers whether we can use their payment details instead of having to enter their details again, but we do not have access to your payment details. When a payment is processed online we are given an authorisation code for those transactions processed successfully.
Go Places uses the Shopify platform with the Shopify Payments gateway. Shopify Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets customers save their credit card and their shipping and billing information so you can complete your transaction faster the next time you are directed to the Shopify checkout. This can save you time when you check out, especially if you've already opted in to Shopify Pay on any Shopify store. For more information click here.
If you use PayPal or Amazon Payments to pay for your order you will be able to securely access your stored payment information in PayPal or Amazon to checkout.
If you try to place an order and your card is declined you need to contact your bank / card provider. We are given no details as to why payments are declined.
If you place your order before 3:00pm Monday to Friday, then we will despatch your item for next working day delivery.
We offer Saturday deliveries for an additional charge of £10. To arrange a Saturday delivery select this option when checking out. If you require delivery before midday on a Saturday please call us on 01403 713332 to check the cost of this service.
The cut-off time for placing an order for Saturday delivery is 3:00pm on Friday.
At present, our warehouse is closed on weekends, so if you place an order after 3pm on Friday then, if the item in stock, then it will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
We need to charge £13 to cover the cost of delivery to these areas. Deliveries take 2 working days to arrive. This will be calculated when you checkout.
We need to charge £7 for delivery to the Isle of Wight.
At present we are not able to despatch orders to any country outside of the UK.
We use DPD Local to deliver orders in the UK. DPD offer a service that allows us to deliver next working day to most UK postcodes as well as notify our customers the one-hour timeslot scheduled for delivery to save customer waiting all day. To receive this notification we recommend entering your mobile phone number when checking out.
As yet we do not offer a ‘click and collect’ service, but this is something we are considering for the future as we are aware that such a service is preferred by an increasing amount of customers.
