Changed Your Mind? Its Not A Problem
Sometimes you just plain made a mistake, it's OK you don't need an excuse to return your purchase but please bear in mind the following.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receipt, the carriers delivery date will be deemed to be the date of receipt.
- You will be responsible for the return carriage and condition of item, so please ensure it is properly sealed in its original packaging and it is advisable to ensure you have adequate transit insurance.
- Please contact us before returning a purchase to obtain a returns number.
- Once we receive and check the item we will issue a full refund less any carriage charged. This will usually be the same day but may be up to 3 working days and will be re-paid to the original card used for the purchase.
- In the unlikely event we have delivered a faulty or incorrect item we will arrange a replacement quickly.
