This privacy policy sets out how St C Travel Goods Ltd (trading as Go Places) uses and protects any information that you give Go Places when you use this website. St C Travel Goods is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. What we collect

When you place an order or create a user account we collect the following information:

  • It enables us to fulfill your order

  • It allows our couriers, DPD Local or Parcelforce, to provide you with delivery information updates via text or email and contact you during the process of delivery
  • To send newsletters and details of offers that we believe would be of interest to you
  • When you place an order with Go Places we need to know your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, phone number and, if you are paying with a credit/debit card, your credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date
  • A month after you have placed your order we will contact you by email through the Trustpilot review platform to request feedback on our service and the product(s) you purchased
  • To display products that we believe are of interest to you when you are browsing the internet.  This is based on your acceptance of our Cookie Policy.  You can manage Cookies in the settings on your web browser.

    Who do we share your data with?

    Go Places does not and will not sell your personal data to any third party.  Trust is crucial to our relationship with our customers.  We do use third party to provide specific services that enable us to run our day-to-day business:

    • Shopify - we use the Shopify ecommerce platform and in order to securely process your transaction we use Shopify Pay as the payment gateway and for fraud management
    • Klarna - we use Klarna if you wish to apply for credit on your purchase
    • Mailchimp - we use Mailchimp to send Go Places newsletters
    • Trustpilot - Trustpilot is a third party reviews service who we ask to send review requests on our behalf
    • DPD Local - we use DPD Local as a courier partner
    • Parcelforce - we use Parcelforce as a courier partner
    • Google - we use Google to show you products when you are browsing the internet that we think are of interest to you.  This is based on your acceptance of our Cookie Policy on our website
    • Facebook - we use Facebook to show you products when you are browsing the internet that we think are of interest to you.  This is based on your acceptance of our Cookie Policy on our website
    • Twitter - we use Twitter to show you products when you are browsing the internet that we think are of interest to you.  This is based on your acceptance of our Cookie Policy on our website

    In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain details of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
